Hello mommies. i am 21weeks pregnant. and di pa ko umiinom ng gatas kasi ayoko talaga :( Pero nagtetake ako ng vitamins. and kumakain ng fruits okay lang kaya kahit di nako uminom ng gatas?. maging ok lang kaya si baby? i mean nararamdaman ko naman gumagalaw nasya kaso next month pa ultrasound ko. need answer thank you.
