My baby not interested in eating and sleeping

Hi mommies, My baby z 4 month ,22 days old... She z not at all interested in drinking milk, And even not interested in eating home made cerelac, suggested by doctor.... She will b involved in playing, smiling whole day and doesn't sleep well... What to do mommies??? I'm very much worried
