Half rice ka lang sis. Tas more on gulay, steamed chicken or steamed fish. iwas sa mga carbs. nkakahelp din oatmeal sa morning. pwede ka naman din magpork minsan. tas more water talaga. Inom ka 1 to 2 glass of water bago ka magbreakfast. 2 months ko gnawa yan sis nagnormal na blood sugar ko ngayon.
