ITCHY SKIN

Hello mga mumsh out there hope my maka tulong sa akin, my baby has an itchy skin. He likes to scratch his head down to his face and it leaves like a skin rash. I swaddle him all the time when he goes down but he can unswaddle himself naman gud. And all he wanna do is to scratch his face with his both hands whenever he can and hindi ko rin magawa ang tummy time bec. all he wanna do is to rub his face on the sheets. I am using cetaphil pro ad derma skin restoring wash and cetaphil pro ad skin restoring moisturizer for his body and for his face is Physiogel A.I cream for his face and i also bathe him twice a day. Ano pa ba kulang ? 5 months na po baby ko hindi ko alam if habit nya or totoong itchy talaga super na nakaka stress na po
