Mataas po ang 1st and 2nd hour niyo. Ang cut off kasi ay 180 and 153 respectively. Meaning, nafulfill ninyo criteria para madiagnose kayo with gestational diabetes. Start na po kayo magcut po on your carbohydrate especially sugar intake.
