Mga mommy ask ko lang po ano po kaya pwede gawin o kainin para tumigas yung dumi ko suggest naman po kayo. Nagdudumi po kase ako basa sya malambot tapos mga 5 or 6 times ako nadumi sa isang araw? nakulo yung tyan ko lagi.? 30weeks preggy po.

    Try eating bananas and apple. Iwas ka na rin sa mga dairy products. Basta momsh more water ka pa rin, mas mahirap pag madehydrate ka rin.
