Hot Compress

Hi mga mommies out there.. 35 weeks na po ako.. Sumasakit na po yung puson ko since yesterday pero hindi po ganun kasakit tapos tumitigas poyung tummy ko, pwede po ba ako mag hot compress para mabawasan yung sakit?
