Side effect of folic acid

Hello mga mommies, 2nd time mommy here 8weeks and 4days. Naexperience nyo din po ba na hirap kayo magpoops? And pansin ko since i started folic acid ang tigas na ng poops and it looks dark kaya hirap ako 😔 i tried eating papaya pero parang di naman nagtake effect. Any advise please?
