Hi Mii,it takes time po na maglose weight,hindi madali.
It takes discipline,hardwork,and consistency din kung gusto mo talaga maglose weight.We know na priority natin si baby, specially breastfeeding tayo.
Try to cut po ang sweets,less rice,and eat healthy food po..Kasi Hindi naman natin kailangan magovereating dahil nagbebreastfeed tayo,sinabi na need 500 calories lang idagdag sa food natin if we are breast-feeding.
Kung gusto mo talaga maglose weight while breastfeeding,try to do exercise,eat healthy foods and more water po kasi yan naman ang need natin.
it will take sometime para sayo din naman yan and for baby kasi need natin na malakas tayo.
Btw,I am breastfeeding din po,2 1/2months si baby,CS ako.After 8weeks nagtatry na ako magexercise,eat healthy foods and more water,I don't do midnight snacks kasi not necessary naman tataba talaga tayo nun,ang body natin nagclecleanse na niyan ng mga kinain natin.Mahirap talaga maglose weight sobraaaa pero for my health and for the baby din.
