Hi mga mii i’m 10 weeks preggy. Di naman ako niresetehan ng calcium last ob visit ko. Sa 19 pa ulit balik ko. Okay lang ba un di ako nag tatake ng calcium? Folic acid and vit C lang iniinom ko ngayon and also enfamama.

nung unang pacheck-up ko, I was told to take folic acid, prenatal vits and calcium. i was on my 6th week that time. but I had a 2nd check up with a new OB on my 8th week, and she told me to cut the pre-natal vits and calcium and to take folic acid only for now. will have my check up again next saturday. she may add other vits na.
