No Pregnancy Symptoms

Hi mga mamshies, 5 weeks 4 days pregnant po normal ba na wala pang pregnancy symptoms like sore breast? Meron po lower back pain pasulpot sulpot lang. 4 pregnancy test (taken on different days) all positive po. I had my first visit with my OB last weekend may prescription na po like quatrofol, obimin, ferrous sulfate and calciumaide. I was scheduled to have my 1st TVS on Nov 4. Nag worry lang po since I do not feel symptoms bukod sa pasulpot sulpot na lowerback pain. We’ve been trying to conceive for 9 mos na po.
