Yakult and yoghurt
mga mamsh ask ko lang kung pwede ba uminom ng yakult at yoghurt ang preggy? Im 5months pregnant po ? TIA ??

yes po. very healthy sila because of the probiotics. These also help fight infection according to my research. wag lang po sobra because they also contain sugar.
