your ob will tell you to wait until 6weeks or 7weeks to check if may embryo and heartbeat n.. nagtrtransv minsan ng maaga si ob kpg may spotting, or cramps nararamdman. 4 weeks is too early pa po, baka yolk sac plng makikita kaya they will advise you to wait more.
