STEAM CUSTARD CAKE
Meet my super creamy and mouth watering steam custard cake??? First step boiled water into steamer. Ingredients for the flan : 5eggyolks 1can condensed milk 1can evaporated milk For the cake batter: 3eggs 1/2c. White sugar 1/4c. All purpose cream 1/4c.oil 3/4c.cake flour 1/2tbsp.baking powder Procedure: Caramelized sugar in a cake pan and set aside. Mix all ingredients for the flan and then put to the cake pan with caramelized sugar and steam for 10-15minutes .then put on top with cake batter mixture and steam for 45 minutes. Cake batter: Combine eggs,oil and sugar.mix well and add all purpose cream.then lastly mix dry ingredients and continue mixing until you reach smooth consistency. HAPPY COOKING EVERYONE!!!STEA
