Saya 12minggu skrg,alahan sy sgt truk nasi ssh nak msuk,masa mkn tu pun ble muntah.cmna nak mkn ni.

Try jgn mkn makanan yg bau kuat mcm mkanan bergoreng.. awal2 ni try mkn mcm roti, oat, buah2.. bykkn minum susu n air kosong.. jgn isau nt makin lame slera tu akan dtg.. mcm sy hrtu mmg xleh tgk nasi langsung.. then ttbe je mengidam nk mkn nasi.. just make sure jgn berlapar..
