Hi I have always used coconut oil for my baby be it winters or summers. It absorbs easily in the skin and keeps it soft and moisturised the whole day. I think coconut oil is anyway a safe bet.

i used to massage my baby with virgin coconut oil and also mustard oil. also, you can massage your baby with ghee half an hour before bath time and then wash it off.
