I’ve been feeling super tired lately even though I get enough sleep. Is it just #mumlife or could stress be messing with my body?

Hi Susan, was just thinking, do you have 10 hours of quality sleep? Do you wake up or do you have interrupted sleep from snoring? Sometimes we may feel that we have 10 hours of sleep but may not be good quality sleep. The other reasons could be lifestyle and nutritional reasons. Such as deficient in Vitamins D or iron deficiency may cause fatigue. Or hormonal imbalance such as thyroid. I recommend that you consider healthscreening with hormone blood testing with your health care provider if you have not done so in awhile. Hope this helps
