Is it normal to men?

My LIP took a picture of a random girl who maybe he found beautiful. For me, I found it so disrespectful and it bothers me. I felt betrayed.

Sabihan nyo na lng po si partner, baka hindi nya lang nare-realize na mali. That it feels wrong for you, you feel disrespected because... Also, that it's disrespectful to the girl, having her picture taken by a stranger without her permission. How would he feel if a stranger takes a photo of you/ his sister/ mother/ even him without permission? Does he think it's ok?
