I never had one with my 2 prev pregnancies. Dito sa third, I will ask my OB. But she’s been my OB ever since at wala naman dun sa dalawa. I don’t know why it’s required for some, but never has been for me. Both of my kids are fine, walang issue kahit nung nanganak ako. Always ask your OB, they will recommend if they see na kailangan nyo talaga.

Need yun to prevent tetanus infection on pregnant women when we get deep cut wounds during cesarean, or if slightly long cut sa NSD. Good for you if you never had any issues.
