too much discharge and yellow colour 25 weeks

im having too much white+yellow discharge everyday and sometimes i feel my vagina is itchy and dry. kills my mood. anyone experience this? currently using carefree panty liner. heard the review is good but when i use it, its quite thin and not really good. previously using Poise which is good but not all guardian has it.
