Antihistamines are safe in pregnancy. Took them without issues. You can buy them from the pharmacy. Paracetamol would help if you had a headache along with your cold. That’s safe too. Most importantly, keep warm, drink lots of warm water, stay out of air con places and rest more. Get well soon!

Dont take any medicines without doctors prescription..cold and cough can be treated in home itself.drink hot water.do nasal steaming.avoid cold food items..avoid fruits like grapes, watermelon, oranges that will worsen your cold.avoid intake of curd...etc

Take some vapour steam... It does not have a side effect like the medicine might do. Put some Vicks vapour rub then take steam. Will help cure over night. If this does not help then visit your doctor.

I was also suffered from cold nd fever when m five months pregnant.. U can take crocin... It is vry light..

Nope. Please do not self medicate. Consult with your gynecologist before taking any medications

Can call gynae to confirm whether paracetamol is fine or not
