Baka po water retention. Lakad lakad ka po or exercise nung parts na nagmamanas. And iwas sa salty foods if kumakain ka pa rin nun, malakas makapag water retention yun mumsh. You can try drinking beverage with electrolytes, not soft drinks though. May electrolytes din kasi siya
