Root canel in pregnancy

I'm 33 weeks pregnant I have very much tooth pain, dentist suggested me root canal, can I go for it ?is it safe for my baby??

What would your gynae say? Im curious as well. Some dentists wont do any procedure until you have given birth though

Gynae told me there is no problem to do this bt I'm littile bit unsure about that.
