Eat small frequent meals.. Add fruits and fruit juices.. You can make fruit salad with icecreams... Add amla as a daily routine... Try to take something in btwn 2 hrs

You can have home made juice dry fruits. You can also eat fruits as much you can.
Eat after every 15 mins , not heavy meals but normal snacks , don't overeat
Eat healthy vegetables and fruits and protein foods
