I'm 15 weeks pregnant now.. Im planning to travel and it includes a boat ride to the island. Is it safe for me?

I went for a yatch ride in my second tri too. Gynae say its best to avoid if possible as the choppy 2te4s may make u unwell. But I decided to went ahead anyway. Everything was fine until I got bitten by sandflies at the beach. Sigh...
