If hindi kayo pwedeng magkaroon ng anak, anong mas pipiliin niyo, mag ampon or kumuha ng surrogate mother?

Might adopt too and we would definitely treat the child as if I've conceived him/her myself. I have a cousin who's adopted and he's turned out to be very loving of his own family. It's always lovely to witness something like that.
