39 weeks no sign of baby coming

I am currently 39 weeks and they're still no sign of baby coming, I've tried walking sex eating pineapples raspberry leaf tea and bouncing on my birthing,nipple stimulation are there any suggestions of reasons I can bring up to my doctor at my next appointment to induce me at 40 weeks instead of 41?? I just have a feeling it's not safe for him to be inside me longer than 40 weeks
