I wish to bring my son to see doctor for his skin problem as his eyes surrounding is dry and red patches and also his chin area, anyone can introduce me Doctor to see now around Hougang or Serangoon north ?

Really depends on your budget and how old your son is. There's a pretty awesome PD in Serangoon North's Thomson Medical Centre! :) Or you could go to Wei Ming Clinic at Serangoon Gardens :) not too bad.
