Any Intro For Gynae Around East of SG?

I went to singapore womens clinic ystrday but thy charge extra if u stay in the room longer.. we din knw.. we only asked a few extra qns... was charged additional $20. We were in the room for 10-15mins including scanning. Is this common?

I doubt so. Both my gynae the 1st one and 2nd only charge consultation fee and scan etc only. Never charge more than that my gynae still spend at least 30 min talking to us.
