Can I still carry my LO (15 months) now that I am 4 months pregnant?

Hi. Can I still carry my LO (around 10kg) now that I am 4 months pregnant? It’s hard to carry her out of her baby cot and even carrying her for awhile I feel so tired and panting.

Better not to carry heavy stuffs including ur LO. But of coz, dun neglect ur 15months old baby, ask gynae for their view
