abdominal pain

I'm 35 weeks and I am having some abdominal pain. I can't tell if it's muscles stretching or labor pain it hurts when I move or stand up or even sit in the wrong position it's been bothering me for a few days sometimes it puts me in tears. Can a mommy help me out
