Labour Pain symptoms

I have pain in my lower back, abdomen and leg mostly on left side from yesterday night. Also, I am feeling alot of pressure on my vagina. Is it a sign of labor? Please help

    My gyno also give me some medicine yesterday I used it and feel some relief not perfect but little relief I feel
