Miscarriage/Missed Abortion

I just found out today na wala na si baby. Wala na siyang heartbeat at tumigil yung growth niya nung 9-10 weeks pa lang siya sa tummy ko. I know God has a better plan pero my husband who is based abroad feels bad and somehow blames himself for not being around mula nung na buntis ako.

Sorry to ask this po, pro may nga nafeel po ba kayo before nyo nalaman wla na HB ang baby nyo po, gusto ko lang malaman mga signs po. Thank you and condolence po
