Hi I am 7 month pregnant , I hope its not a problem to eat gajjak n mungfali , if it is so, then please share yur thougts people. Also, I do not eat much of both, I have them in very less quantity just to taste , that's it.
Aap sab kuch kha sakti ho... Everything should be in moderation.. Try eating walnuts ,pistachios and sunflower seeds .. Try more varieties for nutrients.
