Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

I am 23 weeks too but my baby not really moving in my tummy's..but heartbeat is normal..I just visited the OB yesterday

nung 19 weeks week po after ng ultrasound na feel ko na po yung baby hanggang ngayun 22 weeks. yun din po same tayu tumitigas po sya .
