Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

Same here. Sometimes it hurts a lot but my baby kicks alot too 😁 i dont know if i need to worry or not
