Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

It’s normal! Just your skin stretching. Apply lots of anti stretch mark cream or oil. :)
