There’s medicine for it, and if they’re not too big, even if you don’t take medicine, they will shrink on their own if you 1) don’t strain when you pass motion (so make sure you don’t have constipation), 2) don’t squat down, 3) don’t carry heavy loads, 4) don’t sit on the toilet bowl for too long each time (keep it to under 5 minutes). If your piles are very big and won’t go away despite taking medicine and doing the above, you may need to see a doctor for consideration of surgery.
