How can you help your spouse or partner cut the bad habits out of his life,like smoking, drinking alcohol and other more ?

First of all patience. Try and go out for meals together, exercise like taking walks , going to the gym etc and show him articles of the harmful effects of drinking smoking etc
Out of sight, out of sight. Consider removing these things from the house but of course discuss with him first and let know you’re coming from a good place
You can counsel him on how that habit would affect his health and on your both life as a whole. We can encourage them to give up the bad habit.
Do it in a nice caring way, don't force it, support him / her with it Work together on a bad habit you both have,, not just the one.
Told him baby could get asthma bc im inhaling and absorbing the nicotine from his skin or clothes
If they are not overdosing , its fine.. 1 or 2 mugs is ok... cigarettes 1-2 a day is ok too
Simply through prayers and support sa mga physical activities nya like sports.
