U need to eat products like banana, milk , cottage cheese, apples etc most of the food items which are white and even meats helps grow more weight in babies. If u are a vegan u can opt for sprouts and pulses. In India we eat a lot of ghee it not only helps to gains weight but also helps in easy vaginal delivery as are old people would say...... Try out

Please see a pediatric. The doctors might suggest supplements with proteins and vitamin and also continue breast feeding for at least 6 months. I hope the baby is is not loosing any weight, or that could be a serious call. Please don't forget to see a pediatric.
