Ultrasound

How accurate is Ultrasound ?Because my last menses was 3 days and i did not had any sex after a week but Ultrasound shows that my baby is older and it is near impossible .Please i need your help

ultrasound pretty accurate in my cases, gestational date differs less than 5 days from my own calculations
