Hello guys, i'm a first time mom and i think i am 4 weeks pregnant. i feel a lot of shoulder, back and lower back pain. pwede po kaya ako magpamassage sa mga spa?

Can be kasi may mga massage for preggo, I wasnt lucky to have one due to supertitious belief. But as I've read and heard there is but of course with OB consent and not on your 1st trimester 🙂
