Working shift

hi po. it is best na pakiramdaman mo at pakinggan mo katawan mo. skl, i got pregnant june1. i was working june 8 until jan29 this year. i was commuting to work pa. night shift at sa gabi parati ang ligo unless day off. i was able to carry my LO into fullterm naman na walang issue. basta, rest when you can, eat healthy, consistent prenatal check and make sure to take vitamins and suppliments for baby. add mo na rin mind over matter :) good luck po--
