Please can anyone assist I am 29 weeks pregnant I have periods cramp like pains nausea and bloating with burning sensation including pain all around my stomach any remedies.

I had this last week its because of air in your tummy, I was in terrible pain too. The best option for me after trying out so many suggestions is to sleep. Next day I went to see doctor and he gave me medication to clear the wind. It took 3 days to ease the bloatedness
