Good eve mommies! Is it safe to use ointment/liniments for back pain?ano po kaya ang pdeng gamitin like katingko, efficascent etc? ..20 weeks preggy here. thank you!

Noong preggy ako gumagamit po ako minsan. wala naman po naging bad effect sa baby ko.
