Just gave birth this april 18th ,super sakit kapag ngbf nasusugat na yung nipples ,tapos super sakit na rin ng dede para n sya bato kong tumigas pero konti konti lng labas ng gatas ,ano po ba maganda gawin,any suggestion please.

Pag masakit po, check the latching muna. I think na cocorrect naman yan. Pero for proper corrections try pumunta or mag consult sa health centers, ask sa doctors nila. Minsan mag recommend sila na pumunta sa specialist, pag ganun much better na pumunta para din sa inyo yun. 😊
