Baby Budget

Although pare-pareho po ang needs ng mga babies natin, iba-iba pa rin ang expenses natin depende po sa ating priorities and ultimately, sa available funds and resources natin ☺️ Like personally, exclusively breastfed si lo and since nagsolids sya, kung ano pagkain namin, iyon din ang pagkain nya. Kaya no expenses for formula milk or baby foods for us. Dagdag lang siguro sa pagbili fruits. Sa diaper, cloth diaper kami since birth. So nagka-expense rin na umabot ng almost P10k for CDs, na nagagamit rin naman nya until now na 2.5yo na sya (and hopefully magamit pa ng susunod sa kanya, if meron). We also don't use baby wipes. For clothes and toys mostly hand me downs. At around 1.5yo, starts buying pajama ternos sa shopee, yung mga nasa P30 per pair lng 😁 Nakaka-tempt rin bumili ng toys and books, pero yung mga affordable lang din (P50 - P300 per pc). These are just miscellenous. For other toiletries and consummables (baby wash/ shampoo, sunflower oil, insect repellant, insect bites, etc.) estimate average P300 monthly. Vaccinations (not available at the center), P 1,500 - 3,500 per shot, until 2yo. Life/ critical illness insurance, 29k annual, payable in 10yrs. MP2 Savings (for emergency/ education), P1,000 monthly + bday/ Christmas gifts. So in our case, for daily needs, hindi naman mabigat. For future planning yung medyo "ramdam" sa budget at kailangan ng extra effort 😁
