tiny clot after pee

hi. ftm here. has anybody experienced this? found this after i peed ytd night. have no pain, no cramps or anything. just this tiny clot with very very mild tinted brownish discharge that came together.. just this 1x. had similar encounter 3 weeks ago with some pinkish discharge & same tiny clot (but all was ok after check + duphaston given) my next appt is in another week.. just really worried and thinking if i should consult gyne asap. (ps: this time isnt as bad as 1st time) currently 19weeks 5days.. just a worried and anxious ftm. any advise is appreciated. thank you!
