After giving birth, is it truth u cannot drink plain water and bath for the 1st 14 days? Why?

For your health sake please drink water whoever who says u cannot drink water must not be sane. u won’t be able to survive without water. 😳 and not showering for 14 days? 😳 really? Hygiene is very important! Doesn’t make any sense to me not drinking water and showering for 2 weeks, eeekkk
