its my first time to post here. s mga mommy po n ngdrink ng anmum matern during pregnancy nla twing kelan po b kau umiinom and how many glasses a day nkkconsume nyo. thanks in advance s ssagot po?

if nag tatake ka po ng calcium kahit 2 glasses a day. if hindi ka nag natatake,pwede 3 glasses a day.
